Anchored: Private Coaching

Grounded support for women who want to trust themselves again

Anchored is a calm, contained 1:1 coaching space for women who feel capable, but a little unsteady, and want support to reconnect with their own clarity.

This work is not about pushing forward or fixing yourself.
It’s about creating enough steadiness to hear yourself again and move from that place.

This space is for you if…

  • You’re navigating change, transition, or a decision point

  • You feel confident on the outside but second-guess yourself internally

  • You’re visible in some way, or thinking about being more visible, and it feels charged

  • You want support that feels thoughtful, human and grounded

  • You’re tired of forcing momentum and want to move from a steadier place

This work is gentle, but not vague.
It’s spacious, but not passive.

What Anchored is (and what it isn’t)

Anchored is:

⚡Held with clear boundaries and a defined beginning and end

Anchored is not:

❌Therapy or crisis support
❌A marketing or strategy programme
❌High-pressure accountability
❌Fast or performative transformation

The intention is steadiness, not striving.

The container

Duration
Three months

Sessions

  • Two 75–90 minute 1:1 sessions per month

  • Six sessions in total

Between sessions

  • Light, contained support between sessions (clearly defined and agreed in advance)

Availability

  • I work with a small number of private clients at any one time so the work can remain grounded and sustainable.

This container is designed to feel supportive without becoming heavy.

What we might explore together

Each Anchored journey is led by what’s present for you, but themes often include:

  • Rebuilding trust in yourself and your decisions

  • Feeling more grounded and confident in day-to-day life

  • Navigating change without overwhelm

  • Finding your centre again when things feel noisy

  • Expression or visibility, if and when it naturally arises

There is no fixed curriculum.
The work meets you where you are.

My role as your coach

My role is to offer steady, thoughtful support and a calm thinking space.

I’m not here to push you forward or tell you who to be.

I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly, reflect honestly, and move from a place that feels anchored rather than reactive.

This work values integration as much as insight.

Investment

£825 for three months
Payment plan available (3 monthly payments of £285)

Founding rate for initial Anchored clients.
